Monday -Dynjefjell skisafari

7AM: -14.9 Celsius, light breeze from N, clear, great visibility.
Late update: We started our first skisafari tour today and enjoyed every moment of it. Great time and views on Dynjefjellet - skiing up on the ridge and taking a challenging route down on the southern side.

Sunday

Good morning. -14 Celsius, light air, clear sky. Seems like we will have this colder air for a few more days before the change comes, which might bring some precipitation.

Another evening update (7PM). If you had a look at the forecast you can see it should be -16 Celsius now, but it is "only" -10 Celsius, I guess we are back on our strange weather pattern or the weather men are on vacation again. It was a wonderful day, almost too warm on the sunny parts. The snow still looks amazing with all those crystals (surface hoar).

Friday Tour up to Klopptjonnet

Just a few words and pictures on our yesterday`s tour. It was a fairly easy one up to the North. The conditions were just perfect, almost no wind, sunny and the ski trails were very good. Around Flaksjoen it was pretty cold as the moisture was lifting up in the eraly sunny hours. Fantastic pictures of the surface hoar on the ground and trees also.
