Good morning! It is -28 Celsius out there at 7 AM, light air from NW and clear sky. Be prepared for cold conditions. Hopefully it will warm up a bit, but as it looks from the forecast -might stay for a few days. Evening update: Great day out, sunny and cold. The weather warmed up to around - 20 Celsius, which felt actually even warmer in sunny areas.
